Since childhood I've always been interested in Robotics, artificial intelligence and just about all related topics. Can't really say how many times I went over Asimov's robot series. ;) In fact the main reason I got into programming, electronics and mechanical design as a kid, was my interest in the field. Natureally I chose exactly that as my academic / professional field. In the past I also took part in many robotics and design compeitions...

In this page I will attempt to gather some resources and info for anyone else who might have an interest in these areas. SolidWorks Tutorial: The best tutorial for the SolidWorks Mechanical CAD application is definitely the app's help section. Trust me on that, I've used it! =) But this webpage can also be quite useful as certain topics have been explained a bit more in detail. If you're wondering what SolidWorks is, well, it's a 3D mechanical design software mainly for engineers. And so far, it's my favorite. If you're into mechanical design, this is definitely a must-try.
